My Posts This: Topic Forum | Videostuff and Angelos thanks for your comments, I will keep postingAngelos, I have reviewed the info on your switch and looks interesting and guess what? I have a spare remote commander that I can use with it, I like the idea of using the remote commander because that way I don’t have to open and solder wires directly to the camera, My question is how do I now if the buttons are multiplexed?
The photo button was a two stage button, 1/2 for focusing, full for trigger, I found both terminals and soldered wires to the full stage circuit, once triggered, the camera focuses and then takes the picture.
The switch I´m using worked ok to take pictures but no in the zoom functions, in zoom if I close the circuit the zoom works ok in the desired direction that’s why I want to use mechanical switches driven by a servo.
I want to clarify that I don’t know much of electronics, I´m a Certified Public Accountant and my very limited electronic knowledge dates back from high school. But I like to learn and to try things so any help you can provide is really appreciated.
Thanks in advance
