My Posts This: Topic Forum | When my Trex arrived, the first thing I had to do was take out all the cool little moving metal and plastic pieces and play with them (doesn't everybody?) To my surprise the silly little plastic cross that holds the ball onto the rest of the swashplate fell off "What the hey..?"
Realizing that if I used CA to glue it back on, it would probably glue the ball fast to the swash as well, I decided on a more permanent solution: screws! I drilled four 1/16" holes into each of the legs of the cross, through the inner body of the swash and then used some of the screws from the spare parts package. Not only does it work, it also allows me to adjust the ball fit (a.k.a. "slop") inside the swash
