I use 2 carbon tail shaft drives from the Shogan. If you fly a Shogan you will have plenty of these around. A carbon rod big enough to make a set of gears will cost about $5.00. I use ping pong balls instead of practice golf balls; they weigh a lot less. Just CA them on.
