I have the 400S just to get things going - I'm going to switch at some point to a more expensive motor, just haven't decided on which one. You can also get it in combos with the CC35 to maybe save you a few $. You could probably keep the 25 if you're just taking it easy but be careful - as posted there are people having the 25 cutout and it might cost you in a crash. I think it would be wise to plan on migrating to the 35, if not now when you put the hotter motor in. TP2100 packs seem to be gaining consensus - the generation 2 versions are 10C constant 12C burst - the "older" Kokams don't do it (8C?) - there are newer Kokams that are higher discarge but I don't know the details.
It sounds like you're coming from a Shogun with those items, no? If it's not too late maybe sell them with the Shogun instead of pulling them and do the upgrades now if you can.
