Help with setting up Align esc

Hi all,
Can anyone offer any help in the set-up of my T-rex. What I need to know is the best settings for the following :-
Align 400L 2500kv motor with 13T gear
Align ESC BL-25
Align Battery pack 3C 1900mha Li-ion
When I talk about setting I mean the program options for the ESC.
