I have quit r/c helicotpers for over a year now and me and my wife is having a baby on the way so I don't think I will be getting back into it any time soon.
I have developed a website www.hirobotechnique.com that I have been hosting for the past couple of years. It has some great stuff on it (I think) but it needs a major update and a new host.
The domain name is about to expire and I will not renew it. However I would hate to see my nicely done website disappear for good.
If there is someone who would be interested in the development of the website and the domain name please contact me! I am giving it away for free, I just want to find a good place for it, that is all!
Hi Greg,
It's a pity you have to quit like that But we all understand that the family is much more important than any damned helicopter!
I got lots of things to do (I host two model sites here in Russia, and I preparing a heli forum which will launch on the winter) but if there will be someone who would like to continue your web than I will he happy to assist and to help with all I could.
Good luck with your family and let me know if you need any help.
Garry.
I have gotten some great interest from people as far as the website goes.
I will review all of them and I will make a decision as who I will trust with the domain name and the content that is currently there. It is not the $10 a year that the domain name is costing me that is killing me, I just rather see some more improvements on the site and new stuff added to it.
Again, thanks for the offers, I will get back to you guys very soon!
Well, I'm a newbie, but can take some pictures and web literate.
If anyone would like to collaborate on the site
I'll help, it would be a great thing because
there are not many sites devoted to Hirobo, such as are available for the Rpator.
Its a good site, I cant take it over even if I wanted, but I would like to contribute any hirobo techniques (good pun eh) I find, to who ever does take it over
Yes I took it over. Its been slow project. I want to start the gallery next. So would like some cool pics from you guys of your hirobo helis. Send them to xcountry66@hotmail.com unedited. If you guys have any ideas please feel free to email them to me. This is my first site so Im new to it and could use some help. Do you like the new face compared to the old??
