When they didn't have the contol bar for my Shuttle in stock, Shirley, one of their sales reps, called the house. When I didn't answer there she sent an email to work to ask me whether I wanted to delay shipping until that part comes in, or try something else. She answered my reply within minutes, very courteous and friendly.
I'm sure that Century / Heliworld tries to hire only the best. You have to realize that even the best are only human and make mistakes. They have good days and bad days. If your order is messed up, 18 times out of 20 as a customer, if you are friendly and give them a chance to fix it and they will. In all the years I worked retail in college, I loved helping the regulars that were nice and courteous. I thourougly enjoyed screwing up a jerk's order and making him wait. I wanted to make his day as bad as he was making mine. A little devil I was!
