Hi Guys,

Everyone is invited to come and fly. We play no favorites. If you are a 3D monster, or a guy learning to hover, everyone is involved equally. That is the beauty of this event. You keep it safe first and foremost, and the rest happens the way it happens.

Everyone gets plently to eat on the house, has equal pin time to fly, has an equal chance to win at the prize drawings, is invited to the hospitality suite in Atlantic City Saturday night for free dinner and booze. And the price of admission is to just show up and be a part of the helicopter gathering.

We have many prizes to give away this time around. If you think there was a lot last year, wait until you see this year. Helicopters, Radios, Gyros, Governors, Fuel, so on and so fourth. We will have setup clinics for anyone who wants a little help with their ships.

Alan and Danny Szabo will be here to provide us with some really first class flying. Their Father Al will be here with them. He is a gem to talk to, and hang with. They are all down to earth people like you and me as well, and are always more then happy to discuss RC helicopters with any and all who attend. These guys are both first class flyer's. Most of all they are all first class people. I OC Bob will also be there to provide you with some first class crashing. How can you guys beat this well rounded field?

OC's HELICOPTER GATHERING 2---SEPTEMBER 4th and 5th near Atlantic City New Jersey. Bring your friends, your helicopters, and your desire to be with others wanting the same thing as you and me. A good time and a great reason for messing with RC helicopters all weekend.

The rest is all taken care of. If you make it we promise you this, you will be delighted you made the helicopter gathering.

I am certain one of you big hitters will step right up to the plate. Ray has even become a pretty big hitter as well lately. What did you guys feed him down in Maryland and Delaware while he was there? He is becoming a 3D monster like you guys now.

One week to go. The HELICOPTER GATHERING 2 begins September 4th, and goes through the 5th near Atlantic City N.J. Everyone is welcome. No pilot registration fees.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Well, come on down Saturday morning if you are flying in a seneca. Sounds like you are in a recurrent session up there. I am also in the aircraft recurrency business. We have a facility here to use for people who are flying in to park their airplanes at and get rental cars.

If you are flying, you could stop at the MIV Millville N.J. airport and use one of our facilities there. There are rental cars availible which can be setup and waiting for you, if you call ahead. The drive to the site from there is about 30 minutes from the Millville airport.

If you are driving you can make it down here from TEB in about an hour and 45 minutes. Take the extra day and come on down to the gathering on Saturday. If you have a return airline ticket change it to return from Atlantic City N.J. or Phila. Pa.

There are a couple of options for you. Hope to see you there Bill.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		And so it goes. You could pop on Spirit airlines or Air Tran pretty cheap, and just shoot up for the weekend. Spirit flies right into Atlantic City N.J. from many Fla. cities. Thanks for the interest in any case.

Get those battery packs charged up, load that extra gallon of fuel. Bring that desire you have to mess with these RC helicopters with others just like you.

Again keep it safe, and the rest happens the way it happens. That is the one and only purpose for the Helicopter Gathering. A good time to be had by all of us.

Demo filghts both days performed by Danny and Alan Szabo.

On the house food and drinks at the site.

Free prize raffels, with decent prizes.

Hospitality suite at the Tropicana hotel casino Saturday night. Food and booze on the house.

And maybe a surprise or two as well.

Starts 10:00 A.M. Saturday morning September 4th and goes through Sunday September 5th.

Everyone is welcome. If you have an RC helicopter that rolls, floats, slides, or glides load that thing up in your car and come on over.

Pretty sure the closest intersection is 322 and Rt 50.
