My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Before I do anything and damage material, how do you get the bearing out of the flybar seesaw? I plan on doing a color strip on the headbutton one I got and I have no idea how to get th ebearings out...

attempt one
Heat in oven for 20 minutes at 150 C then remove with rag and pipe pliers and rap on a block of wood

attempt two
use a long pin punch ensuring you are on the center race and not the shield and drive out gently from the opposite end while sitting on a appropriate sized socket.
