Terms of Sale *
General Terms*:
People intending to rip me off, you know what I'm going to say.
I only ship to confirm US addresses . Unless you provide shipping funds,
specific instructions on shipping, and won't complain if the postal service
looses it. All Sales are final. I'm not
doing charity; so don't ask for stuff that is not included in the sale ad. If
it’s not listed and spelled out then you will not have it when you received the good
regardless what's in the pictures. Don't ask me to buy back stuff
that you're no longer needed or decided that it is not what you want or wrong item
because you misunderstand the sale ad; Otherwise, you know what I'm going to say...
Potential Buyer:
All payment must be sent via paypal
within 1 day after I giving out my Paypal account to prospective buyer. Money
Order / Cashier check must be received within 7 days after I send you my mailing
address. Fail to do so; the offer will go to the next potential buyer. Prices
are US dollar funds and please DO NOT send me a check with a huge amount and ask
me for cash back, nor do I deal with Western Union. If you don’t want to paid for insurance
to insure the item that you buy then I can not be held liable for any lost and damaged to the
item that I shipped to you. Shipping fees and insurance fees are up to the buyer, unless it is
agreed upon before the sale. You must ask questions if something is not clear to you or in-doubt
but don't assume. Please don't reply post with "well you can buy it for xxx amount $ from this
place". Well, good for you then go buy it there!
 
Seller (Me):
I reserved the right to sell to the
person that I want, unless I stated first come first serve. Local fliers will
have priority over Internet buyers. Decision to sell and who to sell it to is
totally up to my discretion. Buyers with aggressive attitude or no profilers
will have lower priority. Most Items will get ship to buyer via USPS priority,
regular USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Again it is up to my discretion which method to ship.
Refund:
Refund can only be done if the
following condition met and that I agree for refund. There will be a 15% charge
for return plus the shipping cost and insurance cost that I pay out of my pocket
to insured and shipped the goods to you. I will not accept any good return using
COD. You must pay for shipping and insurance out of your pocket to have all good
return to me. I will not reimburse buyers shipping or insurance cost.
Return goods must be received and inspected before refund is issue. Anything missing from the
good will get deducted from the fund to cover the cost of replace missing items.

Term and
contract is not stone. It does not mean it can not be changed. I reserved the right to change
this Term of Sale at any time without notify buyers. Remember, everything can be
negotiated. But it must be done up front. You must accept the term before you
buy. It is up to you to make decision to buy or not to buy.
