TV Forums Mission Statement

TV forums are for discussing videos originating from help video (HV) sites. HV sites derive income from download or subscription fees, not advertising. HV sites will not compete with RR. No discussions or banner ads. HV sites will be product neutral and not endorse products. HV sites will have minimal or no offsite linkage.

RR does not want exclusivity but insists on the above. In consideration, RR offers help video companies a discussion platform.
